"Observations from Home" – Observational Comic Workshop
I can't do what I planned to do, and now I don't know what to do; Do you often feel this way, from being limited in your mobility to not knowing how to act?
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have become more "stuck" at home. How do you get out of a "trapped" state? Or, how do you describe a state of being "trapped"? Let's start with the second question.
Participants are required to choose 1-2 photos of their family in advance, preferably about the same event or theme. Draw a page of non-fiction comics based on your own "observations from home."
Process & Time Allocation:
10mins painting warm-up
15mins image creation
15mins text creation
20mins to complete the drawing
10mins copy, bind and share.

The 12 participants conducted a "Home Observation" and the comics they created on the spot were assembled into the independent publication Observation Comics #2201.

"The Experience of Reading" – Observational Comic Workshop
When the epidemic is at home, although the body is trapped, the heart can roam in other people's stories.
Why Read? I think that reading books is equivalent to the experience of life, although it is not a first-hand experience of the world, can you say that the communication between two souls is a secondary life? Book lovers would never agree.
The observational workshop is based on the real life of the individual, and the original intention is to allow people of different ages, occupations and backgrounds to draw comics freely together.
This weekend's workshop is a new attempt, please use comics as a carrier to record reading as a life experience, and share your real experiences and feelings through comics.
